Troys Hospitality commissioned me for a commercial photography assignment, creating images for their new website and other marketing efforts. The look and feel of the new website, as well as the overall branding of the business, was already well developed and I was given a good brief on the images that were required.
I scouted suitable locations for the shoot, including a commercial kitchen I could use for shots of chefs and put together a plan for the day. Troys needed to bring staff in for the shoot, and I needed to make the best use of their time.
In order to get shots at several different locations I worked with my mobile lighting equipment, making set up and pack down much faster and maximising the photography time.
